Good Fortune is our newest gulf front home located in the new neighborhood of Monarch Beach on North Cape San Blas.
Our home includes 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a private outdoor shower off the third-floor master bedroom, a private pool, an elevator, a custom-made dining table to seat everyone, a bed swing, two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, gorgeous gulf views and so much more. Located just steps from the beach, Good Fortune combines old Florida charm with modern amenities including a super-cool shipping container pool. The only one on Cape San Blas!!
All properties have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. There is NO SMOKING inside or outside the home anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, vapes, cigars, marijuana, and any other smoking devices. Please discuss these smoking rules with everyone in your party prior to inquiring.
The elevator at Good Fortune is available for your use throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can shut down. Any issues during your stay will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delays and the use of the elevator should not be considered a guarantee. We highly recommend that the elevator only be used for move-in and move-out.
