Welcome to Beach Camp, a gem in the private, serene Ocean Haven neighborhood, where new meets nostalgia in a stunning vacation retreat. Since its completion in June 2017, Beach Camp has set a new standard for luxury and leisure on Cape San Blas with its distinctive amenities and thoughtful design.
At the heart of shared moments and laughter is our custom-made 19' shuffleboard table, crafted from reclaimed barn and bowling alley wood. The game room, with its smart TV and board game table, opens up to four decks offering breathtaking gulf and bay views.
The outdoor experience at Beach Camp features an extremely private and naturally set heated saltwater pool. Adjacent is a fire pit surrounded by cozy Adirondack chairs, perfect for evening storytelling under the stars. The kids (and kids at heart) will love the outdoor game turf area, stocked with games for endless fun.
This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home accommodates large groups comfortably with two master suites, bedrooms tailored for every need, and a bunk room designed for dreams and whispers. The great room on the 3rd floor, with its 100+-year-old reclaimed beadboard ceiling, offers a breathtaking setting. Here, both the gulf and the bay vie for your attention, complemented by reclaimed cypress wood bars on the decks for enjoying meals or drinks with a view.
Understanding the value of shared meals, we've crafted a custom dining table from the same barn wood as the shuffleboard, seating 14 guests. It's more than a table; it's where your family will gather for meals, laughter, and memory-making.
Your short walk to the beach is a simple stroll along a nature path to Ocean Haven's dedicated neighborhood boardwalk, leading you straight to the pristine sands of Cape San Blas.
Please note, Beach Camp is a smoke-free property, maintaining its pristine condition for all guests. Discuss our no-smoking policy with your party to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
While Beach Camp includes an elevator for convenience, we advise it mainly to be used for move-in and move-out due to its sensitive nature. We're committed to addressing any issues promptly, though our remote location might cause delays.

Payment Schedule
The remaining amount is to be paid 150 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Once Renter(s) deposit is received, all other prospective renters are blocked from renting the Rental for the dates reserved, therefore, if Renter(s) cancel the reservation at any time, the deposit is not refundable. The full balance of the rent is due one hundred fifty (150) days from the check-in. A one hundred fifty (150) day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that occur within one hundred fifty (150) days of the check-in date will forfeit the full payment and security/damage deposit. Every effort will be made to re-rent the house after a cancellation. If house is re-rented for the same time period, and the same rent amount, the full rent less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded. If the unit is rented for a lesser amount, the difference between the two rental amounts, plus the $100 administrative fee will be the refunded amount. The minimum cancellation fee is the deposit and the $100 administrative fee. If you have any concerns about unforeseen cancellations, you may want to consider private Trip Insurance, with a private carrier. There are many companies that provide this type of insurance and Management does not endorse any one company. Failure to make scheduled payment one hundred fifty (150) days from check-in will be considered a cancellation.
Security deposit
A fully-refundable security deposit of $1000.00 is due at time of booking. If booking is made within 150 days of check in a fully-refundable security deposit of $1000.00 is due in addition to the full rental fee.

The rate to heat the pool is $375 +12% Florida tax per week
Cancellation Policy - Once the reservation deposit is received it is not refundable unless the week is rebooked. The full rental amount is due one hundred fifty (150) days from the check-in date. To ensure the enjoyment and health of all our guests, Beach Camp maintains a strict no-smoking policy. This includes all forms of smoking, both inside and outside the property. We kindly ask you to discuss these guidelines with your party in advance.
For your convenience, an elevator is provided for effortless move-in and move-out. Please note, due to its delicate nature, the elevator's operation can be unpredictable, and we recommend limited use to avoid any disruptions during your stay.

What a fun vacation
I was traveling with my adult children and one of their dogs. We had so much fun sitting on the quiet beach during the day, watching the sunset at night. I walked in the morning and saw the sunrise (and a turtle hatch one morning!) The beach house has everything for a large or small group and the views cannot be beat. The short walk to the beach was worth the cost in savings from being in a beach front home. I don't feel like we missed out on anything by not being beach front. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot
My extended family just wrapped up a wonderful week at Beach Camp. This was the most well-equipped beach house I've ever stayed at -- beach towels, beach chairs, tons of pool/beach toys, cart for carrying gear to the beach, every kitchen gadget you could want, high chair, pack and play, and more. It was a very HOT week when we were there and it was wonderful that the pool stays completely shaded until after lunch time. Definitely recommend for a big family vacation!

Great beach home for family of all ages!
We just got back from an amazing week at Beach Camp! We had three generations of family together - grandparents, parents and kids and the house worked perfectly for all of us. Inside the house, everything was well thought out. There was plenty of space to spread out but also great spots to come together at the pool and at the large dining table for family meals. We rented a golf cart which made life easier for bringing all the gear and small children on the numerous trips we made to and from the beach. The walk to and from the beach was very pleasant but the golf cart was very helpful for the small kids. Carrie, the owner, was fantastic to work with- super responsive, friendly and made everything easy from start to finish. It's not always simple to find a place that work for all ages, but this one really hit the mark! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Once again, the perfect vacation experience!!
My wife and I have been vacationing on Cape San Blas for the last ten years. Four of those ten have been hosted by Carrie at Beach Camp!!! And yes, we are already booked for the same week in 2026. Beach Camp a delightful blend of modern, eclectic, nautical and whimsical. My family just loves it!!! Plenty of room for all of us. Right now, we are 6 adults and 4 grandchildren who are all raving about our vacation. We may be worn out from the experience but it is So WORTH IT!!!

We had three families at The Beach Camp in June. Absolutely perfect weather and accommodations. The Cape is truly a special place to get away with friends and family. We are looking forward to returning and would love to rent from Carrie again!

Absolutely zero complaints! Fabulous rental.
Beach Camp truly one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed at. Well thought out, well stocked, GORGEOUS, and by far the cleanest rental we've had. Carrie resolved the only issue we had within an hour...can't beat that! Some rentals claim that the pool is heated but the water never really seems warm. Not Beach Camp! The pool was wonderfully warm even with some cooler April temperatures. Made it hard to get out of the water. Absolutely would recommend Beach Camp.

Beach Camp - Relaxation!!!
2024 was our 6th year to return to Beach Camp for a two week stay. We could not ask for a better home to stay in on our yearly beach trip. Beautifully decorated, well designed for maximum privacy, and it has everything we need for a pleasant stay. The home is large enough for separation for our family and we all have our "own space". The home is clean, well maintained, and private. The beach is close as are many great seafood restaurants. Pet friendly and a heated pool! What else do you need? Thanks Carrie!!!

Perfect Rental
We could not have asked for a better re tal for our family. It was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 7 children. Even with the weather we had a blast. Carrie was so helpful in keeping us informed of the weather updates during hurricane Debby. The pictures do not show how beautifully done the house is . The cleanliness and stock of supplies could not be beat. Can’t wait to go back
